Return, Refund, & Replacement Parts Policy

Our Guarantee At Jumping Vampire Studios LLC, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item is found to be defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you or a full refund following our return policies.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, please send an email to jumpingvampirestudios@gmail.com. We will provide you with a Product Claim Form and request that you provide clear photographs of the product and the original packaging.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund until the item is received in its original, undamaged condition.

Refund: Once your item is received, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. However, please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the funds to post to the original payment method(s), depending on your financial institution.

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable: We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered.
REPLACEMENT PARTS POLICY: If your order arrives damaged, physical returns are not required. To protect the integrity of our studio and ensure we can continue offering this service, all replacement claims must meet the following verification steps:
- Contextual Photos: We require high-resolution photos showing the damage in the same frame as the original shipping box and your packing slip.
- Security Verification: One photo must include a handwritten note featuring your Order Number and the Current Date placed next to the damaged area.
- Proof of Decommission: For significant claims, we reserve the right to require "Proof of Destruction" photos showing multiple angles. This involves photos of the damaged item rendered permanently unusable next to a handwritten note with the order number and date.
Once verified, you may keep or dispose of the original parts at your discretion, and a new replacement will be dispatched to you.
CANCELLATIONS & THE 24-HOUR WINDOW
Cancellations: As a Made-to-Order Studio, production begins shortly after an order is placed. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of the time of purchase.
- To request a cancellation, please email jumpingvampirestudios@gmail.com with your Order Number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line. The timestamp of your email must be within 24 hours of your order confirmation to be eligible.
After the 24-Hour Window: Once the 24-hour window has passed, all orders are considered Final Sale. At this stage, materials have been allocated and your item has entered our artisan production queue. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or "buyer’s remorse" refunds after this period.
Artisan Variation: Please note that because our products are 3D-printed and hand-finished, minor variations in texture and color are inherent to the process and are not grounds for cancellation or return.
