Shipping policy


Effective Date: February 8, 2026 

Items marked as pre-order ship starting July 2026. 
Delivery dates at checkout reflect carrier transit time only. 

 

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING 

All in-stock orders are processed within 72 hours. As an artisan studio, each hand-painted or 3D-printed piece undergoes a final quality inspection before packing. We do not charge additional mandatory handling fees at checkout; the price you see on the product page includes all preparation costs. 

2.  DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. 

  • Rates: Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. 

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your USPS tracking number. 

3. PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMELINES 

Items marked as Pre-Order are scheduled to begin shipping in July 2026. 

  • Good Faith Estimate: This date is our best estimate. If production delays occur, we will notify you via email with a revised shipping date. Per FTC regulations, you will be given the option to consent to the new date or receive a full refund. 

  • Transit Times: Delivery dates shown at checkout represent carrier transit time after the item has been manufactured and handed to the carrier. 

4. DAMAGED ITEMS

Damages During Transit: While we take extreme care in packaging our resin and soft-goods products, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return, Refund, & Replacement Parts Policy and contact us immediately at jumpingvampirestudios@gmail.com with photographs of the damage and the shipping box. 

  1. Keep all packaging: Do not discard the box or materials.
  2. Contact us: Email jumpingvampirestudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include Photos: We require clear photos of the damaged item and the external shipping box to process a replacement claim.
